Made to Order — What This Means for You

Every AYRA piece is handcrafted to order. Nothing ships from existing stock. Production begins after your order is placed and payment is confirmed, which means your piece is built specifically for you — not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

This is not a delay. It is the standard. It is how quality is maintained.

Production time runs before shipping. Your shipping timeline begins once your piece leaves our atelier.

If you are ordering for a fixed date — a wedding, an event, a trip — contact us at contact@ayrastore.com before placing your order. We will confirm whether your timeline is achievable before you commit.

We ship worldwide via express courier (DHL Express / FedEx International Priority or equivalent).

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs clearance, public holidays, or carrier disruptions are outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, parcel weight, and carrier rates at the time of order.

Free shipping thresholds and promotional offers, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. Use it directly on the carrier's website for real-time updates. If you do not receive a tracking email within 24 hours of your estimated dispatch date, contact us at contact@ayrastore.com.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

AYRA ships internationally. For orders delivered outside Pakistan's export jurisdiction, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. AYRA does not collect, pre-pay, or reimburse customs duties or import taxes.

We recommend checking your country's import thresholds before ordering. Refused or abandoned shipments due to unpaid duties are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. AYRA cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at contact@ayrastore.com without delay. Once a parcel is dispatched, address corrections are subject to carrier fees and availability.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before doing anything else and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ayrastore.com with your order number and photos attached.

If your tracked parcel is marked delivered but has not been received, allow 24 hours before contacting us — carrier GPS can occasionally be ahead of physical delivery. If the issue persists after 24 hours, reach out and we will open a formal investigation with the carrier.

Rush Orders

Rush production is available on select pieces at the discretion of our atelier. If you need a piece sooner than standard production time allows, contact us before ordering at contact@ayrastore.com with your required date. Rush orders may carry an additional fee.

Pre-Order & Waitlist Pieces

Certain pieces are available on pre-order or waitlist. Shipping timelines for these pieces are stated on the product page and may differ from standard production estimates above.
