AYRA pieces are available in standard sizes as well as custom measurements. Please refer to our Size Chart for detailed guidance on finding your fit.
Can I order with my own measurements?
Yes. We offer a custom measurement option for a truly bespoke fit. Simply select "Custom Measurements" at checkout and provide your measurements as instructed. Custom measurement orders require 14–21 business days for production.
What measurements do I need to provide?
For most garments you will need: chest, waist, hips, shoulder width, and length. Detailed measurement instructions are provided on the product page and at checkout.
What if I am between sizes?
We recommend choosing the larger size for standard orders, or opting for custom measurements for a perfect fit. If you need guidance, contact us before placing your order.
Production & Timelines
Are your pieces ready to ship?
No — every AYRA piece is handcrafted to order. We do not hold pre-made stock, which ensures the highest quality and attention to detail for each garment.
How long does production take?
- Standard orders: 10–15 business days
- Custom measurement orders: 14–21 business days
- Bridal & couture orders: Timeline confirmed during consultation
When does production begin?
Production begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received. You will receive an order confirmation email with your estimated completion date.
Can I rush my order?
Rush requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability.
Shipping
How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx International Priority for reliable, trackable delivery worldwide.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 10–15 working days after your order is dispatched. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
What is the total time from order to delivery?
For standard orders: approximately 20–30 working days (production + shipping). For custom measurement orders: approximately 24–36 working days.
Custom & Bridal Orders
Do you offer bridal or couture pieces?
Yes. We offer bespoke bridal and couture services. Please contact us to schedule a consultation and discuss your requirements, timeline, and pricing.
Can I request design modifications?
Minor modifications such as sleeve length or neckline adjustments may be accommodated. Please reach out before placing your order to confirm what is possible.
Are custom orders eligible for returns?
Custom measurement and bespoke orders are made specifically for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. As all pieces are made to order, we encourage you to review sizing carefully before purchasing.
What if my item arrives with a defect?
If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Because each piece is made to order, size exchanges are not guaranteed. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Garment Care
How should I care for my AYRA piece?
- Dry clean only is recommended for embroidered and embellished garments.
- Store flat or on a padded hanger away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, and harsh chemicals directly on the fabric.
- For minor wrinkles, use a steamer on a low setting — do not iron directly on embroidery.
Can I hand wash my garment?
Hand washing is not recommended for heavily embroidered pieces as it may damage the embellishments. Always follow the care label inside your garment.
